| For small group settings, AU tutoring services are provided on the school sites. AU receives written assurances that all school site facilities are in compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). When space is not available at school sites, tutoring sessions occur at a local community center or public library. |

If appropriate space is not available at a local community center or library, AU will (and has in the past) lease space from neighborhood community centers, such as Boys and Girls Clubs, churches (if religious artifacts can be cleared from a room(s), and even commercial space. When offsite space is leased, only facilities in compliance with all Federal, state and local building statutes and regulations are utilized and all necessary and additional insurance as required by the school district is in place. |
